I led the design and development of a multimodal system that captures and structures medical information in real time. By grounding product decisions in real clinician workflows, the system reduces documentation effort and supports faster, more reliable record-keeping.

I redesigned how users bring teammates into the product, removing reliance on admins and improving seat utilization. I introduced a request-based invite system that balances self-serve access with seat constraints, increasing adoption across accounts.
